Cultural Traditions of Sixteenth-Century English Books of Secrets
Unlock nature's secrets and gain control over your world. Even with the large amounts of printed books, manuscript versions were still produced in larger numbers well into the seventeenth century. Many differences existed between the printed and manuscript versions including their construction of masculinity.
